Winemaking Information
The fruit is harvested by hand and the whole clusters are gently pressed and 20mg per liter of sulfur is added. It then ferments with native yeasts. Half of the wine is aged in stainless steel and half in French oak for a year. The wine is then blended and bottled, goes through secondary fermentation and spends two years sur lattes before being disgorged by hand.

Fun Facts: Terzavia means "third way": after the tradional Marsalas and the innovative dry whites, a line of sparkling was released. It is produced as Brut Nature and Extra Brut.
